Membership Types

LEGENDS are members who identify as Black and as a person with disabilities, and membership fees are subsidized for these voting members.

We welcome all individuals, living in Canada, to join and advance the vision and goals of the ASE Community.

A special invite to our allies and “critical friends” who are committed to social justice- particularly in challenging anti-Black racism and ableism in Canadian society.

•  Must be a not-for-profit community-based organization in Canada.
• Memberships for up to 4  employees/volunteers/board members of the community organization 
• Referral and outreach processes to connect Black Canadians with disabilities to your organizations, services,  and programming.
• Priority access to professional experts, training webinars, and policy/research findings.  

• We invite businesses, corporations, and public/private institutions to become a valued partner and member(s).
• Unique opportunities for your staff to engage and contribute to ASE Community.
• Priority access to professional experts, training webinars, and policy/research findings.
