Mason is a 4th-year Communications student at York University - Glendon campus working towards getting a Bilingual Bachelor of Communications degree. He is currently working at ASE Community as a Digital Marketing specialist.
Reet is a 4th-year Management student at the University of Toronto - Mississauga (UTM) working towards getting a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She is currently interning at ASE Community as the Strategic Planning Coordinator and works as a Student Experience Assistant for the Department of Management at UTM.
Fatouma graduated with Joint Honours in Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Ottawa. While studying at the University of Ottawa, she worked at the Academic Accommodations Service. She gained a deep understanding of issues with accessibility, and she advocated for the students to register with Academic Accommodations Service. She was an administrative assistant at the Faculty of Engineering - Graduate department at the University of Ottawa. She has years of expertise working in the political arena at all levels of government.
Fatouma's experiences at the Academic Accommodations Service at the University of Ottawa taught her the importance of community involvement in making a difference. Her desire comes from the fact that she is drawn to helping others and challenges herself daily to positively impact her community. She's excited to take on this new opportunity with ASE Community Foundation for Black Canadians with Disabilities and positively impacting the black community.
