Program Overview

What is FEEWI?

The Financial Empowerment and Economic Well-Being Initiative (FEEWI) supports Black Canadians and Afro-Indigenous peoples with disabilities, their families, and caregivers.

FEEWI offers year-round support navigating disability benefits and credits, tax filing and disability tax deductions, and creating a personalized financial blueprint while building confidence in financial planning and wealth creation.

Audience

Who Should Sign Up?

Black-focused, culturally affirming support for:

  • Black people (African Canadian, Afro-Caribbean, Afro-Latino, Afro-Indigenous, African American, or mixed-race of African descent)
  • Black people with disabilities (diagnosed, undiagnosed, or self-diagnosed)
  • Parents, partners, caregivers, and guardians of Black children, adults, or seniors with disabilities
